Cellular Silicone Rubber Sheet – High Temp Gasket & Seal Material

Corseal’s Cellular Silicone Rubber Sheet is ideal for high-temperature sealing applications where a soft, flexible, and easily compressed rubber is required. Manufactured using a CFC-free chemical blowing process, this material is environmentally conscious and extremely versatile.

With a working temperature range of -60°C to +200°C (short-term up to +300°C), it’s perfect for use in gaskets, thermal insulation, high-performance seals, and aerospace components. It complies with stringent flammability standards such as FAR 25.853 and CAA Spec 8, and resists UV, ozone, and chemical degradation.

Available in multiple thicknesses and roll sizes, with optional self-adhesive backing for easier installation.
