Refund policy

Corseal accepts returns for any reason within 7 calendar days in addition to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, which provides a ‘cooling off period’ allowing a consumer buying online from a business to cancel their order. Notice of cancellation needs to be received in writing within 7 days. Items must be received back in the condition sent & sent by a fully insured traceable method. Unless item is faulty/not as described you as the buyer are responsible for all return costs - please use a traceable postage service.
