Refund policy

Corseal accepts returns for any reason within 14 calendar days in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which provide consumers purchasing online from a business with a statutory right to cancel their order. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in the condition supplied and sent using a fully insured, traceable delivery service. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, the buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.

Please note that bespoke, custom-made, and made-to-order items are exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. All gaskets are made to order and are not stocked items and therefore are not returnable.

If you have incorrectly ordered the wrong size, you must contact us within 3 working days of placing your order so that we may amend the order before manufacture begins.
