The Non-Asbestos Y Grade Gasket Sheet is a premium high-performance sealing material made from nitrile rubber (NBR) and bonded with advanced synthetic fibres. Designed to withstand demanding industrial conditions, this versatile gasket sheet offers excellent resistance to steam, water, oils, and hydrocarbons, while maintaining superior stress relaxation and thermal stability.

Tested and compliant to BS7531 Grade X, this fire-safe material is ideal for applications requiring high pressure (up to 100 bar) and elevated temperatures up to +400°C. WRAS-approved for water applications and fire-safe to BS 5146, it’s trusted across multiple sectors including petrochemical, power generation, water treatment, and marine industries.

This sheet is supplied in a standard size of 1500mm x 1500mm, with other sizes and cut gaskets available upon request.
