Gaskets

 

 A gasket is a seal that is created to fit between two or more surfaces, such as two lengths of piping.

Gaskets are designed to prevent leakage whilst also being forced to withstand varied levels of compression.

There are three types of gaskets used in process piping.

  • Non-Metallic
  • Metallic
  • Composite
