Outstanding Achievement Award

A couple of weeks ago, we had the pleasure of attending the UK Gasket & Sealing Association Gala, which was particularly meaningful for us this year.

During the evening, the Association introduced a new Outstanding Achievement Award in memory of our much-missed Nick Salt, proudly sponsored by Corseal.

Nick was an avid golfer and a familiar face at the Association’s golf events over the years. He won the Champion Award in 2023 and was part of the winning Team Four Ball in both 2021 and 2023.

But golf was much more than a competition to Nick. It was something he genuinely loved and a big part of his life. He played regularly with family and friends and, in June this year, enjoyed what would sadly be his final golfing trip away with his golf group, just a few weeks before he passed away.

Seeing an award introduced in his memory, within a sport that brought him so much enjoyment over the years, was incredibly special for all of us.
