Flexible NON-MARKING PVC Double D Fender – 60mm Base
Our new Flexible Non-mArking PVC Double D Fender Profile with a 60mm base is designed to protect boats from impact during berthing and mooring. The Double D shape offers excellent shock absorption while maintaining a compact, easy-to-fit profile.
Manufactured from a UV-stabilised, phthalate-free PVC compound, this fender is built for long-term marine exposure. The non-marking material prevents colour transfer, helping to keep your boat — and those around it — looking clean and professional.
This profile is produced in a softer PVC grade, offering a rubber-like feel that improves flexibility, makes installation easier, and enhances impact resistance.

13 × 3mm Rigid PVC Fixing Strip for Double D Fenders
To support secure installation, we’ve also introduced our 13 × 3mm Rigid PVC Fixing Strips, designed for use with Double D fender profiles.
The fixing strip is inserted inside the fender profile before fitting and acts as a continuous washer, spreading load evenly across fixings. This prevents fixings from pulling through the flexible fender body when under pressure, improving strength and extending service life.
White rigid PVC strips are ideal where the fixing strip may be visible, such as with B fender profiles. For concealed applications, including D fenders, an any-colour option is available and supplied in an unspecified colour. Specific non-white colours can be discussed subject to minimum order quantities.
Like all our marine products, these fixing strips are UV stabilised, phthalate free, and UK manufactured.
